Prima reteta luata de pe net, nu divulg autorul ca nu-i frumos, a gresit spunand sa coci mai intai partial blatul apoi sa adaugi continutul lichid si sa fie din nou bagata la cuptor. Stiind ca nu-i ok( se incruzeste), ...am zis....fie!</span></i><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">- 100 gr pudra de migdale</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">- 250 gr faina</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">- 30 ml apa</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">- 3 linguri zeama de lamaie</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">- 3 linguri zahar pudra</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">- 2 linguri sirop de migdale (optional) sau esenta</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">- 125 gr unt la temperatura camerei</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">- 1 lingurita rasa praf de copt</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Toate ingredientele se amesteca, daca aluatul este lipicios, se mai pudreaza cu faina. Se pregateste o tava de yena ( in cazul meu) de diametru 28 cm, se unge cu unt, se taie o fasie de hartie de copt si se pune in tava. Pe masa pudrata cu faina, se intinde aluatul, apoi se aseza in tava. </span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Se niveleaza si se da la congelator pana pregatiti ingredientele lichide.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Se amesteca coaja de lamaie cu zeama de lamaie si zaharul, pana acesta s-a topit. Se adauga frisca, se amesteca continuu cu un tel, apoi se adauga treptat ouale.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Compozitia se toarna peste aluatul racit la congelator.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Se da la cuptor, incins in prealabil, pana tarta se rumeneste ( se va vedea pe marginile aluatului) iar crema de oua devine usor maronie.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Se mixeaza albusul, se adauga treptat cate o lingura de zahar, pana albusul devine lucios si putem forma cifra 8 cu ajutorul paletilor mixerului. Sau daca aveti curaj, intoarceti bolul deasupra capului! :P</span><br />

Se pune în cuptorul preîncălzit şi se coace cam 20 de minute (se poate face testul cu betisorul). Se dă la răcit.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Sparanghelul se curata bine, se spala si se fierbe cca 15 min. Iaurtul, mustarul, laptele,oul, cascavalul, sarea si piperul se amesteca bine si se toarna peste sparanghelul fiert, asezat intr-o tava unsa cu unt. Deasupra de presara bucati mici de unt. Se da la cuptor, incins in prealabil, cca 30 min.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Spanacul se dezgheata pe foc (conform instructiunilor de pe pachet), se lasa sa se racoreasca putin apoi se amesteca cu ricotta. Se condimenteaza dupa gust. Cu ajutorul unui pos, umpleti cannelloni cu compozitia obtinuta.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Pasta de tomate se pune pe foc, si se lasa sa fiarba 2-3 min. Se condimenteaza dupa gust, se adauga oregano, apoi se toarna peste cannelloni pe care le-ati asezat intr-o tava de yena. Se acopera cu o folie de aluminiu, apoi se dau la cuptor ( incins in prealabil) , cca 30-40min, pana cand pastele s-au inmuiat si sosul de rosii s-a ingrosat.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Se presara cascaval si parmezan razuit, si se mai da la cuptor pana se topeste cascavalul.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Biscuitii sfaramati se amesteca cu laptele cald, in care am topit untul, zaharul si zaharul vanilat. </span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">In tava detasabila ( 18 cm), unsa cu unt, tapetata cu hartie de copt, am asezat blatul de biscuiti si am nivelat peretii. Se da la frigider pentru cca 30 min, sau pana se prepara crema.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Ciocolata se topeste pe baie de aburi sau la microunde. Frisca se mixeaza bine. Branza dulce o amestecam cu ciocolata topita, apoi se pune peste frisca si se mixeaza pana la omogenizare.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Compozitia obtinuta se pune peste blatul de biscuiti, se niveleaza, iar daca va ramane crema, puteti decora partea de deasupra cu ajutorul unui pos.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Ouale se separa, albusul se mixeaza spuma, se adauga treptat cate o lingura de zahar, apoi treptat lingurile de apa. Galbenusul se amesteca cu uleiul si se toarna peste albus. Se mixeaza, apoi se adauga cacao, esente, praf de copt, si la final se incorporeaza usor faina.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Intr-o tava rotunda, unsa cu unt, iar fundul acesteia tapetat cu hartie de copt, se toarna compozitia si se da la cuptor, incins in prealabil, pana cand trece testul cu betisorul. </span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Pana se coace blatul, se prepara crema. Frisca se mixeaza, se incorporeaza branza dulce, zaharul si zaharul vanilat. Untul de arahide se incalzeste la microunde, apoi se toarna in crema de branza si se incorporeaza bine.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Dupa ce blatul a fost copt si racit, se taie in 3 parti egale, partea de sus, va deveni cea de jos. Se insiropeaza cu apa, zahar si rom, se pune o parte crema......bucati de ciocolata snickers si sos caramel, se niveleaza cu putina crema, se aseaza al-2-lea blat....crema, snickers, sos caramel.....se pune blatul de sus, se niveleaza pe margini cu crema, si putin deasupra, pentru a se lipi pasta de zahar .</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Intr-un castron , se toarna faina( la inceput 300 gr), apoi toate celelalte ingrediente si se amesteca pana se obtine un aluat moale si usor lipicios. Daca este nevoie, mai adaugati treptat faina....nu trebuie sa fie tare.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Pe masa de lucru, tapetata cu faina, se intinde aluatul obtinut si se decupeaza in forma dorita.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Se aseaza in tava, in care am asezat hartie de copt, si se dau la cuptor, incins in prealabil, cca 15 min. </span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Toate ingredientele de mai sus, se amesteca bine pana se formeaza o coca lipicioasa. Se formeaza bilute, se aplatizeaza, se aseaza in tava de cuptor tapetata cu hartie de copt si se dau la cuptor (incins in prealabil), cca 10 - 15 min, in functie de cuptor, pana devin usor aurii.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Faina, untul si celelalte ingrediente se amesteca pana devine un aluat, mai adaugati faina pana nu se mai prinde de maini. </span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Aluatul obtinut, se intinde pe masa de lucru si se aseaza intr-o tava rotunda unsa cu unt ( eu folosesc o tava de yena).</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Se da la frigider pana se pregatesc prunele.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Prunele se spala, se scot samburii , apoi se taie in felii de marimea dorita. Se pune zahar peste ele si celelalte ingrediente si se lasa asa pana cand isi lasa putina zeama (cca 15 min).</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Se scoate tava de la frigider, se aseaza prunele in tarta, si se da la cuptor ( incins in prealabil) pana cand aluatul devine rumen (cca 40- 50 min, in functie de cuptor, al meu e tare lenes) :P</span><br />

Zis si facut, am pus in practica, mai ales ca aveam o galetuta de 1 kg de branza dulce (de la Lidl), pe care am cumparat-o exact pt cheesecake.</i></b></span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Am pus branza intr-un castron mare de plastic. Am amestecat-o bine cu zahar pudra (cred ca am pus vreo 6 -7 linguri), zahar vanilat. </span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Pentru ca branza e foarte fina, nu am folosit mixer, totul a fost amestecat cu lingura.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Am adaugat frisca lichida, am incorporat usor si faina, apoi am pus cate un ou amestecand incontinuu, iar la final am pus bananele maruntite.( puteti face si fara banane)</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Compozitia de branza am turnat-o peste blatul de biscuiti, apoi am dat la cuptor pt 60 min (cuptorul meu e mai lenes). Lasati in cuptor pana vedeti ca incepe sa se rumeneasca deasupra, si mijlocul tremura. Stingeti focul, intredeschideti usa cuptorului si lasati sa se raceasca in cuptor.</span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Dupa ce sa racit, am scos-o usor din forma (am desprins peretii cu o spatula de lemn) , si am dat la frigider pana a2a zi. (era deja ora 23 la mine).</span><br />

Dupa ce sa umflat, am dat-o la microunde cateva secunde pana sa topit, apoi am adaugat-o in crema . Am mixat bine si am dat-o putin la frigider, pana sa intarit putin.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Pe masa de lucru, tapetata cu faina, se intinde aluatul si se pune intr-o tava rotunda unsa cu unt. Se niveleaza marginile.</span><br />

Dupa ce au fost curatate si spalate, se pun in vasul in care urmeaza a fi fierte, se toarna zaharul peste ele si se lasa cca 2 ore sa-si lase zeama. Se pun pe foc (mic) si se lasa sa fiarba pana cand lichidul devine lipicios.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;">Ouale se separa, albusul se mixeaza bine, apoi se adauga treptat zaharul. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu uleiul si se toarna peste albus, se incorporeaza bine, se adauga praful de copt, cacao, esenta de rom si la final se incororeaza usor faina. </span><br />
<span style="color: #990000;">Compozitia obtinuta se toarna intr-o tava rotunda cu pereti detasabili, unsa bine cu unt, si baza tapetata cu hartie de copt. Se da la cuptor, incins in prealabil, pana trece testul cu betisorul.</span><br />

<span style="color: #990000;"><b><i>Dupa ce blatul sa copt, se scoate din forma, se lasa la racit, apoi inelul formei se unge iar cu unt, se tapeteaza cu hartie de copt si se aseaza pe tava in care urmeaza sa asamblam tortul. Blatul se taie in 4 felii. Partea de deasupra a baltului, va fi baza. Se insiropeaza cu apa cu zahar si rom. </i></b></span><br />

In cele 200 gr de lapte se dizolva amidonul. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat, peste care se varsa laptele cu amidonul. Compozitia de lapte cu galbenus si amidon se varsa in cratita cu lapte si se amesteca pana se ingroasa.</span><br />
